Tom Schuler Ministry Development Pastor

Tom and his family have been residents of Roswell since 1984 and have attended Fellowship since 1993. Tom and his wife Jan have four children; Greg and Erica are both Georgia Tech graduates, Bryan will attend the University of Alabama in the fall of 2007; Caroline (12) attends Fellowship Christian School.

Tom loves to teach and will complete his graduate program at Dallas Theological Seminary in the spring of 2008. Over the past 13 years, Tom and his family have been intimately involved in community transformation efforts in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. He carries that same passion locally and is committed to FBC's increased community involvement. Tom has a fervor for student ministry and for the equipping of God's people in their walk with Christ.

Jan transitioned from a full-time television and media career to remain at home with Bryan and Caroline. She also leads a growing neighborhood Bible study in their subdivision. God's call in Tom's life led him to leave his business of 21 years and assume the role of Ministry Development Director. In this role, he has responsibility for the strategic alignment of ministries to FBC's North Star and the development of new ministry initiatives.
